At the checkpoint of the administrative complex of the RA Ministry of Defence, the phone numbers of officials dealing with the issues of victims, prisoners and missing persons during the war unleashed on September 27, 2020 were posted. The telephone numbers and e-mails of the services "Hotline" of the Ministry of Defence and the "Trust Line" of the General Staff of the Armed Forces are also active.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia regularly organizes the reception of the relatives of prisoners or missing persons. The Ministry of Defence is compassionate and persistent in solving the issues raised. However, it should be noted that most of the issues of concern to citizens are of a social and legal nature and are beyond the competence of the Ministry of Defencse. We urge our citizens to be targeted and apply to the Ministry of Defence with issues within the competence of the department.
