On the 1st of March, 2010 in the frontier posts of the region of Tavush a recurrent case of armistice violation by the enemy was recorded. As a result of the incident the RA AF conscript junior sergeant Sargis Henrik Voskanyan was killed. On the 2nd of March a number of Azerbaijani media outlets, citing the press service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, disseminated information according to which the militant was allegedly killed during a skirmish in the Armenian posts and that people have been wounded and arrested.
In this regard the RA MoD once again announces that junior sergeant Sargis Henrik Voskanyan was killed by the enemy’s bullet.
