Under the leadership of the commander of the 4th Army Corps, Major General A. Budagyan, checks were carried out at the assembly points of vehicles of subordinate military units.

The serviceability of automobile and military equipment, the combat condition, and the professional knowledge of the servicemen were checked. Instructions were given for the further operation of military equipment and for improving the quality of service.
