On the 3rd of March the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan made a business visit to detachments that are under the second army formation. In a number of detachments and military training centers in the North-Eastern borderline the Minister got to know the living conditions of the staff and the reconstruction work in process. Seyran Ohanyan talked to the commander staff of the army formation and the detachments, as well as he watched the current tactical and shooting trainings. Afterwards he gave appropriate orders.

Seyran Ohanyan has also met and talked to the soldiers, has wondered about their service, their knowledge of their duties, and the moral-psychological atmosphere in the detachments. In the frames of the visit the Minister of Defence visited the apartment building for militants in the city of Chambarak, observed the construction work, the housing conditions of the families of militants, their problems and concerns. In Chambarak Seyean Ohanyan also visited the museum commemorating the participants in the Artsakh war, viewed the exhibits, wrote notes in the register for visitors and put flowers on the Memorial of War Victims of Chambarak.
