From 23 to 25 February, a three-day command gatherings were held in the 4th Army Corps with the aim of developing the professional abilities of officers of communication subdivisions and automatic control systems subdivisions, heads of artillery and heads of communications of subordinate military units, as well as improving their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
