Issues related to regional security were discussed during the meeting. At the request of the Swedish side, the Minister of Defence presented the situation after the cessation of hostilities, the implementation of the agreements reached. The head of the defense department stressed the issue of return of prisoners of war by Azerbaijan, touched upon the peacekeeping mission in Artsakh, security and humanitarian issues.

The interlocutors also discussed other issues related to the regional security environment, existing threats and expected developments.
