The US Ambassador expressed concern over the failure to implement the ceasefire agreements and expressed hope that the ongoing diplomatic efforts will lead to an outcome.

At the request of the Ambassador, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia presented the course of the military operations and situation on the front and emphasized the involvement of foreign servicemen and mercenaries in the operations.
