On the 7th of April, 2010 on the Eraskhavan-Sadarak part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, with the mediation of the ICRC the representatives of the Azerbaijani side received the border violator arrested in the territory of Armenian Hasanov Rafik Rahmanoghli – 21 year-old serviceman of the Azerbaijani AF.

The Azerbaijani serviceman passed to the Armenian territory on 8 of October, 2008 by his own will, being unable to bare the unregulated relations in the Azerbaijani army. At present there is another Azerbaijani serviceman and a civilian in Armenia, whereas, in Azerbaijan there still are 6 Armenian servicemen and the five-member family that crossed the border towards Nakhijevan on 10 January, 1010.
