Minister of Defence of Armenia David Tonoyan contacted Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

David Tonoyan presented the situation on the state border of the Republic of Armenia starting from 03:40, noting that the Azerbaijani side has many injured and killed servicemen.

The Minister of Defence informed that the encroachments of the Azerbaijani side on the borders of the Republic of Armenia are being defeated by all the available forces and means.
