The preventive and anti-epidemic measures are being implemented to prevent the penetration of the coronavirus infection into the RA Armed Forces. All types of leave and vacation time are prohibited, the visits of the citizens to the substructures of the RA Ministry of Defense (the Administrative Complex of the RA Ministry of Defense, military units, military education and military-medical institutions (hospitals)) are restricted.

A number of changes was made to the pre-developed programs. Accordingly, non-urgent auditorium events not related to the combat issues were canceled.

In order to protect the servicemen from the infection, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia actively cooperates with the Ministry of Health and other relevant bodies, the situation is fully monitored.

We urge the relatives of the servicemen not to send bundles, observe safety rules and understand the restrictions applied.

The Armed Forces of Armenia is fully provided with the necessary amount of food, hygiene supplies and other supplies.

The servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia continue to fulfill their duties.
