Meetings with female servicemen

From February 3 to 14, the meetings of the officers of the department for working with personnel were organized with the female servicemen in the military formations in order to provide methodological and practical assistance.

The social and living, as well as service conditions of the female servicemen in the military units were studied, anonymous surveys, individual and group discussions were conducted.

The discussions raised a number of issues. The participants identified the gaps and suggested possible ways to solve them.
