On the 27th of August, 2010 a scheduled collegium meeting took place at the ARM MoD building. During the meeting they discussed issues on enhancing the efficiency of the Armed Forces management system, on AF C4 (Command, Control, Communications and Computers) systems.

Chiefs of departments of the ARM AF, chiefs of staffs of military units and heads of communication services presented reports and proposals about force management systems, staff readiness, effective organization of the combat duty, situation in communication units, service of modern communication assets, use of radios and other issues. On the issues brought up, chief of the General Staff of the Armed Force of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov provided his considerations and made relevant proposals. Armenian Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan summarized the outcomes of the meeting. The heads of the ARM AF relevant structures and units were given orders to make the force command and control systems more effective and to utilize better staff techniques and procedures in a defined time period.
