Speaking about his 28 March- 2 April visit to New York to attend the UN Peacekeeping Conference, Minister Tonoyan discussed the expansion of Armenia’s participation in UN peacekeeping missions, as well as further capacity building for Armenian peacekeepers with the help of France. Tonoyan highlighted the importance of developing specialized Francophone divisions and humanitarian demining capacities in cooperation with the French University in Armenia and the Test Centre.
