On the 11th of October, 2010 one-week recruitment-trainings on defence matters were launched in the ARM Ministry of Defence, where officials from RA state government bodies were participating. During the trainings ARM MoD and AF GS high ranked officers will read lectures, as well as shooting trainings will be organized.
The recruitment-trainings were opened by ARM Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan with a lecture on defence reforms. Introducing the directions, process and the future work of the defence reforms, Seyran Ohanyan stated that as a result of the reforms it is expected to have Armed Forces with higher efficiency, which, due to the military repression system, can make the enemy avoid the adventurism of starting military actions.

Underlining the importance of joint approach in defence matters, Seyran Ohanyan stated that the monthly trainings organized for state high ranked officials since 2009 are aimed at assuring the cooperation of all the state structures in the military security system, as well as raising the awareness of the representatives of state government bodies on their own duties and rights in military security assurance process.
