Under the defence minister's order, a working group comprising representatives of the Defence Ministry, Armed Forces and the General Staff departments, has been set up to deal with the issues regarding the parcels sent to conscripts, such as inspection of the parcels' contents, making sure they get to their addresses in military units. The group will also work to exclude undue speculations among the public over the issue. The working group will be led by Alexandr Avetisyan, the head of the Defence Ministry's Department of Human Rights and Good Conduct.
