According to the information disseminated by the NKR Defence Army, on the 26th of October around 16:45 in the north-eastern part of the NK-Azerbaijan contact line (Martakert) fell NKR Defence Army’s conscript, private Harut Ashot Grigoryan (born: 1990, Stepanakert military registration and enlistment office) because of the enemy’s recurrent attack.
The ARM MoD strictly condemns Azerbaijan’s recurrent actions to destabilize the situation hours after the OSCE mission monitoring and on the eve of the meeting of the ARM and Azerbaijani presidents with the mediation of the president of the RF.
The ARM MoD sympathizes the relatives of Harut Grigoryan and announces that the Azerbaijani side is fully responsible for the results of such instigations by their AF.
