President  Sahakyan congratulates Tonoyan on his appointment and wished him fruitful work.

At the meeting, which was also attended by the Republic of Artsakh defence minister, Levon Mnatsakanyan, the parties discussed issues related to strengthening the army and military cooperation between the two Armenian republics.
