He spoke with Shamkhal Petrosyan, a Defence Army soldier who was severely wounded on 13 May by an enemy bullet, and wished him a speedy recovery.

Minister Tonoyan also wished recovery to soldiers treated at the hospital, and discussed their treatment process with Gayane Hovhannisyan, the head of the Armed Forces Military Medical Department and the doctors of the hospital.
