A delegation headed by Artak Zakaryan, the Armenian first deputy defence minister, is visiting Tajikistan to take part in a meeting of the CIS Defence Ministers Council, opening in Dushanbe today. The meeting is set to discuss agenda issues and sign pre-agreed documents.
