During the assessment, the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces were presented with the conditions at the recruit reception point, the medical examination rooms, the lottery room, the dressing point, and the reception room intended for the parents and relatives of the recruits, as well as some of the changes to the lottery process. Tasks aimed at preventing cases of the common cold and providing appropriate heating were in Vigen Sargsyan's and Movses Hakobyan's center of attention.

The works carried out by the doctors from the medical commission were also observed, as was the process of supplying recruits with military uniforms.

Speaking with individuals responsible for the conduct of the draft, Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan made relevant assignments and recommendations, wished the participants success, and encouraged the conduct of an appropriate winter draft.
