The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia is commencing a series of public discussions with NGOs, media organizations and intellectuals.

The aim of the discussions is to exchange thoughts and present the concept of government insurance for servicemen who passed away or were wounded while carrying out combat duty.
