On October 20th, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia Lieutenant-General Movses Hakobyan received the military and air force attache of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia, Major-General Yevgeni Bulavincev, who was visiting in order to extend a congratulations on behalf of the Russian Federation to the newly appointed Chief of the General Staff on occasion of his new appointment.

The high level of bilateral military cooperation between Armenian and Russia were once again confirmed. Both sides expressed willingness to deepen and energize cooperation in the future.
