Greeting the participants of the training seminars, Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan emphasized the fact that similar gatherings provide an opportunity to multiply our success and decrease our shortcomings. Thereafter, he presented a lecture entitled "The situation in the region following the April war: results and conclusions".

The aim of the annual training seminars for high ranking state officials is to enhance the cooperation of state agencies in the military security system, as well as to increase the level of awareness of said officials on matters concerning their responsibilities and rights in the provision of military security.
