On August 31st, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia will participate in the "Till 2020: Concept for development of a joint system of military personnel preparation for the Armed Forces of CSTO member states," consultation, taking place in Moscow at the CSTO secretariat, on August 31st.
