Congratulating Zurab Burdulin with regards to his new position, Davit Tonoyan stated that he considers the cooperation between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and the delegation of the international committee of the Red Cross to be effective, and expressed hopes that it will reach a new level in the future.

During the meeting, the participants discussed matters concerning ongoing cooperation, as well as future programs aimed at increasing the effectiveness of cooperation.
