As part of the meeting of the council of ministers of defense of CSTO member states, a meeting took place between Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, president of the state military-technical committee of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Davit Paxchanyan, and Deputy General Secretary of the CSTO, Valeri Semerikov.

During the meeting, questions concerning military technical and military economic issues were discussed. The Deputy General Secretary of CSTO presented Deputy Minister Davit Paxchanyan with the work carried out by the military-economic inter-state cooperation committee of the CSTO.

Both sides agreed to organize a meeting of the producers council adjacent to the military-economic inter-state cooperation committee of the CSTO, as part of the "ArmHiTec-2016" international exposition of arms and defense technology, taking place from October 13th to October 15th.
