The main topic of discussion was the conclusions reached from reevaluation of military strategy, as well as the coordination of future aid by the consultation team.

On July 27th, the consultation team led a discussion concerning "Mission Command" and its implementation in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. Participants illustrated the most important aspects and approaches of this new leadership and command style, and answered questions raised by the listeners.

During the visit, the consultation team had a meeting at the Vazgen Sargsyan military university, with the aim of providing professional aid for the preliminary trial of the "mission command" concept. Organizational questions concerning the implementation of a preliminary trial of the concept in September 2016 as well as changes being made to the curriculum were discussed during the meeting.

The results of the visit were summarized during a meeting with First Deputy Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan. Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan also received the experts.
