By welcoming the participants and the personnel of the complex during the opening of a new production plant, the Minister of Defence stated that year by year consistently are expanding the possibilities of domestic military Industry. Seyran Ohanyan assured that the establishment of the State Committee of military industry operating under the Ministry of Defence and other organizations supporting the armed forces will continuously develop their capabilities and with the help of production will strengthen the combat readiness of the armed forces.

The honour of opening the new production plant was assigned to the Deputy Minister of Defence, Chairman of the State Military and Industrial Committee David Pakhchanian and to The Head of Defence military industry Murad Isakhanyan. After the opening ceremony the Minister of Defence accompanied by senior officials and other responsible entities of this sphere walked around the territory of the complex, inspected the production facilities. The future programs aimed at ensuring enterprise logistics, as well as current capital construction works were presented to the Minster of Defence.
