The delegation of high-ranking of officials from the RA Ministry of Defence – which included RA First Deputy Minister of Defence, and Head of the Material-Technical Supply Department, Deputy Defence Minister Movses Hakobyan – visited to Moscow from June 21st to 23rd.

On June 22nd, the delegation met with top officials of the Russian Ministry of Defence, the Federal Service of Military-Technical Cooperation and the company Rosoboronexport. As a result of negotiations, the parties agreed on future joint partnership plans.
At a meeting with Sergey Marichev, Director of the companies group Bizon, an agreement was reached to organize the first international armament exhibition ArmHiTech 2016 in Armenia. The event will take place from October 13th to 15th on the sidelines of the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s summit in the capital Yerevan.
