From June 14th to 17th a delegation head by Deputy Minister of Defense, Chief of the Logistics Department Movses Hakobyan was in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During the visit, the delegation met with Mohammad Mehdi Karbala, Executive Director of the ETKA Organization of the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran, visited various factories and stores, and acquainted itself with the full range of products.

The delegation was also received by Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics Hossein Dehghan. During the meeting, questions concerning long-term prospects for cooperation in the area of defense were discussed.

Several agreements have been made with regards to the advancement of cooperation.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed.
