On the morning of March 4th, Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan made a surprise visit to one of the military bases of the Armed Forces, and observed the procedures through which service is carried out.

Aiming to inspect the daily service routine, as well as acquaint himself with the servicemen's physical, combat and moral preparation, minister of defence Seyran Ohanyan observed servicemen as they woke up and did their morning exercise, and sport routine.

The servicemen's knowledge of their responsibilities, the educational curriculum and the presence of all documents necessary for service were at the center of the Minister's attention.

At the end of the surprise visit, the head of the defence administration dined with the soldiers, and expressed his approval of the food menu.

In order to fix some of the shortcomings, Seyran Ohanyan noted several issues and gave corresponding assignments to the commanding staff of the base.
