On 2-4 February, 2011 in Moscow conferences for MoD officials responsible for peacekeeping activities took place, where the ARM MoD delegation also had its participation.
During the conferences, they discussed the formation issues of the CSTO collective peacekeeping forces and matters on relevant combined actions by the CSTO collective peacekeeping forces, on planning and holding military exercises.

An agreement was reached about inviting representatives from CSTO Combined Staff and the member countries to the tactical military exercises on battalion level, which is to be held in May, 2011.
