The RA Minister of Defence visited the recruitment centre

In order to supervise the winter draft process and implemented activities, as well as to wish the new recruits a peaceful, secure, and honourable service, on January 9th, RA Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan visited the Republican Recruitment Centre.

Upon speaking to the recruits’ parents and relatives, Seyran Ohanyan assured that the Armenian Armed Forces are able to perfectly carry out their duty, as a result of the army’s leadership’s and commanders’ consistent workflow, the soldiers’ diligent service, and the society’s united support.

Within the recruitment centre, the Minister also spoke with new recruits and acquainted himself with their professional skills and educational experience. Seyran Ohanyan urged the youth to approach the military service consciously and unconditionally obey to their commanders’ order, in order to serve the homeland with dignity.

Whilst taking into account the adverse weather conditions, during the meeting it was stressed that, all measures have been taken with the leaders of local self-governed authorities, to organize the safe mobilization of recruits to their respective military bases.
