Today ARM MoD Seyran Ohanyan received the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and the personal representative of the OSCE chairperson. By the request of the co-chairs, Seyran Ohanyan told about the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line, stating that the Armenian side strictly continues keeping the armistice regime. At the same time ARM Defence Minister expressed his concern about the violations of the armistice by the Azerbaijani side, particularly about the activation of sniper activities. In order to nullify these activities the Armenian side takes relevant measures.

ARM Defence Minister was also concerned about the agreement reached in Astrakhan in 2010 about returning the hostages, which the Azerbaijani side fulfills incompletely, and hinders the process.
