The exercises not only involve the armed forces personnel, but also the forces of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, the ARM Police Units, as well as the local self-government bodies. Throughout the Multilevel Command and Staff Exercises, special attention is granted to the implementation of high level of combat readiness, the execution of tasks by commanders, staffs, and all personnel involved in the given process, the evaluation of practical abilities, the harmony and cooperation established amongst the various units, as well as the improvement of moral and psychological qualities.
