Meeting in the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia

Today, RA Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan received the Head of the Border Division of Russian Federal Security Service in Armenia, Lieutenant-General Viktor Vlasov and newly appointed Chief of Border Guards, Major-General Vyacheslov Biryukov.

The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia expressed words of gratitude to Lieutenant-General V.Vlasov and wished luck to the newly appointed Chief of Border Guards, Major-General V.Biryukov.
