The delegation arrived in Armenia to define a harmonized methodology for the joint use of forces and means, and strategic planning, joint discussions on the planninf issues of the armed forces, armaments and development of the military equipment, as well as providing consultation within the frame of the strategic defense review . From the Armenian side, the negotiations, held on April 28, were attended by the Head of the Defence Policy Department and the leadership staff of the Operations Management and Strategic Planning departments of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, as well as other relevant experts.
