Welcoming international initiatives aimed at establishing trust between the parties, the Minister of Defense drew the attention of the Co-Chairs on incessant bellicose rhetoric from Baku, and on frequent violations of the cease fire from the Azerbaijani side during recent months, stressing that this kind of actions are attempts to take the peaceful settlement process to a stalemate.
