The goal of the exercises is to prepare proposals on exchange of experience of governmental agencies in assessment of military-political situation and analysis of the assessment. In addition the goal is to work out recommendations for Supreme Commander of Armenian Armed Forces in making decisions, as well as to introduce the means for effective coordination of work between the governmental and military agencies in conditions of aggravation of military-political situation. During ``Response-2013`` strategic command and staff exercises, the process of making military-political decisions in case of deterioration of situation will be exercised. The state governing system will be adjusted including the regulatory acts of the transfer of preparedness to hold the aggression. The scenarios of holding the aggression and counter attack in the first phase of deterioration of situation will be exercised.
