Seyran Ohanyan receives the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia

Today the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia, His Excellency Ivan Volinkin and the outgoing Military and Air Force Attachéat the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia, Colonel V. Glagoliev on occasion of the termination of his diplomatic mission to the Republic of Armenia,as well as the newly appointed Military and Air Force Attaché, Colonel A.Lobovin.

The Minister of Defense congratulated Colonel Lobovin on his recent appointment and wished him success in promotin gArmenian – Russian military cooperation. Seyran Ohanyan highly appreciated Colonel Glagoliev`s efforts during his tenure aimed at further enhancement of allied and strategic relations between the two countries. During the meeting the parties discussed issues related to the Armenian – Russian bilateral cooperation and the regional security.
