On January 29, LevonAyvazyan, Head of Defense Policy Department of MoD and Lieutenant Colonel André Evrard, French military attaché in the Republic of Armenia (Residence in Tbilisi)signed an agreement on the new bilateral defense cooperationplan for 2013.

The plan includes educational and training programs forcadets and officers of the ARM Armed Forces, as well as variousinitiative of experience exchange related specific fields of Armed Forces reforms.
