Among participants of the consultation were deputies of the Minister of Defence and the Head of General Staff and heads of different departments of MoD and GS. While reporting Haykaz Baghmanyan briefed about the situation in his subordinate military units, including the level of combat readiness and psychological condition of service members performing combat duty, general professionalism of commissioned officers construction, construction activities, etc. It was noted that with regard to discipline significant progress was registered compared to the previous year and also substantial improvements were achieved with regard to physical and psychological protection and social welfare of service members. At the conclusion of briefing Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan issued a number of tasks to support the effective implementation of future activities.
