During the bilateral meetings they referred to issues regarding the development of the military and military-technical cooperation. The sides summed up the work done in the ministries throughout the year and signed the action plan 2013. On the same day, the Armenian Defense Minister took part in the regular session of the CIS Council of Defense Ministers where they discussed a range of issues relating to multilateral cooperation among the CIS member states. At the end of the session they made decisions to bolster future joint activities.
