On September 7, consultations were held among the heads of law enforcement agencies of the ministries of defense of the CIS member-states at the ARM Defense Ministry. There were representatives from Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan as well as from CIS Secretariat of Council of Defense Ministers, Economic Court of CIS, CIS Anti-Terrorist Center CIS Executive Committee, and CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.
