Within the scope of the visit, on March 15, Lieutenant General Alexander Studenikin had meetings with Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan, First Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan, and with Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov. During the meetings, several subjects were discussed, including reforms aiming to increase the efficiency of CSTO Military Committee and the Joint Staff, issues regarding the status of representatives of member-states armed forces within the CSTO Headquarters, as well as a number of issues on operational interaction between the CSTO member states.
