On October 10.2007 the delegation headed by Defense Minister of Romania Teodor Melescanu visited Tsitsernakaberd and memorial to the Armenian victims of Genocide.

In the Genocide Museum Institute Teodor Melescanu left a note in the Commemoration Book. “I hope and believe that such incidents will never repeat and the memory of those innocent victims will always stay with us”.
