Mkrtich Abrahamyan, the Lieutenant General and the former deputy minister of the Defense Ministry died in the age of 69.

He was born in 18 December 1939 in Akhalkalak, Georgia. He devoted his life and all his activities to form developed military army. Abrahamayn was awarded by numerous medals: “Military Service”, “Courage”, “Marshal Baghramyan”, “Drastamat Kanayan” and several Soviet Union rewards. He was married, had a daughter and a son. Lieutenant General’s body will was buried in Yerablur.
