On September 14, representatives from the German Armed Forces' division for bilateral relations with Eastern Europe and Asia arrived in Armenia, led by the division's head, Colonel Nils Heiko Hutter.

During a meeting held at the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defence, discussions focused on security issues, as well as the development of cooperation in the defence sector and future prospects for such collaboration.
