On the 3rd of October, 2009 a ceremony took place in the RA MoD administrative complex, during which “Tashir” charitable foundation presented to the RA Ministry of Defence 10 vehicles of “Uaz” model. The first deputy chief of the RA AF GS, Lieutenant-General E. Apriamov, deputy chief of the AF GS, Lieutenant-General A. Paytyan and the AF high ranked officer staff were present at the event. In the opening speech the Chief of the RA MoD Department of Information and Public Affairs, Major-General V. Avetisyan stated that this donation by “Tashir” charitable foundation is not the first one, and that the staff of the Armed Forces always highly praises such enterprises. On his turn, the president of “Tashir” charitable foundation V. Karapetyan was sure that the foundation’s cooperation with the Ministry of Defence will be continuous.
