On November 27, a consultation was held in the administrative complex of the RA Ministry of Defense, headed by the Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces and the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The Minister of Defense outlined the importance of the continuity and effective process of large-scale reforms initiated in the army, assured that the country's political leadership is determined to support any step necessary to increase the combat effectiveness of the armed forces.

At the same time, Suren Papikyan demanded to make every effort to solve disciplinary issues in the Armed Forces. The Minister of Defense outlined the importance of increasing the attractiveness of the military profession, as well as emphasizing the state's concern for the officer, expressing confidence that significant steps will be taken in this direction in the foreseeable future.

At the end of the consultation, the Minister of Defense gave relevant instructions on carriyng out  combat duty, the solution of current problems, and the upcoming programs.
